So you found out your housing finials what do you need to do

One week in advance: Find as many student volunteers as you can. The more helping hands the better. Try to bribe them with service hours to encourage even non Latin students to sign up.

Two days in advance: Remind you volunteers that certamen is in 2 days.

One day in advance: Stay after school with the student volunteers to set up the directional signs and the desks in the classrooms, make sure to take a before picture for when you have to put the desks back (labeling them helps.) Move all drinks for lunch tomorrow to a refrigerator.

Day of before the event: Arrive at the school an hour before start time of ten am to set up the Certomen machines.

During the event: Hand out schedule and room assignments and dismiss students to round one. Order the pizza to be served at lunch. Make sure that all the scorekeepers are able to find the room to put the score sheets in. Serve lunch. During lunch, start putting away the Certamen machines that will not be needed for the final round and breaking down the desk formation to put it back in the original order (only for rooms not needed for the final round.) As the finalists are moving to their rooms, start to clean up the cafeteria. After finals, put away the Certamen machines and put back the desks. Take down the directional signs.

After the event: Count your earnings and celebrate a job well done.

Note: because this is Finals the SCL is responsible for writing questions so that cuts out some steps that the hosting school would usually be responsible for.
